Please read all the details below and look at all the images. We accept reservations up to 75 days prior to the date of your Private Event. If you want an Appointment to tour the Facility and Discuss your Event with our Private Event Coordinator there is an advance charge of $50.00 - Not Refundable but can be applied to your charges for Your Private Event. Send a text message to 804-377-6947 and request a time for your 30 minute appointment. If the time is available you will receive a text message and your appointment will be confirmed when your payment of $50 is received at this site. Below are our terms for Your Private Event.
After Agreement with Management of West End Ballroom, LLC you can use this site (different page) to make your First Payment and Additional Payments as required by Private Event Reservation and Rental Agreement.
Our charge is $950. A non-refundable payment of $475 is required to reserve a date for your Event. An additional payment of $475 must be paid 14 days prior to your event. Due to Risks of Covid19 Transmission Private Events are now limited to 72 persons. You can use our Twelve 60" diameter Round Tables up to 6 Chairs at each table.
Our charges are for Reservation and Rental of our Facility and our Furnishings and Equipment only. If your require any support from our Management or Staff during your Private Event, expect additional charges. There are also extra charges for Setting Up before 3:00pm or more than 2 hours prior to your Party. Also Extra Charge for Parties more than 5 hours or ending after 11:00pm. Extra Time charge is $100/hour.
If you want extra time let us know before you make your reservation because we will schedule our cleanup crew to arrive at 11:00pm to begin preparing for the next day's Dance Activities.

Our Facility is available to begin Setting Up at 3:00pm on Saturdays and any time after 2:00pm on Sundays. Pricing Includes up to 5 hours for your Party plus 2 hours of Set Up time prior to your Party. Our Charge for Extra Time is $100/hour and must be paid at the time you make your reservation. Unless you pay for extra time now, our clean up crew will arrive at the exact hour your Party is scheduled to end and begin preparing for the next day's Dance Activities.
We have 12 Round Tables, 6 Rectangular Tables, and 130 Folding Chairs. Also 2 400 watt DJ Speakers, Video Projector, Microphones, and Special Effects Lighting. Plan to bring your laptop computer for slideshow and music.
Width of Round Tables is 60". Rectangular Tables are 72" x 30". Assorted other tables too.
"West End Ballroom" is at 2300 John Rolfe Pkwy in John Rolfe Commons Shopping Center with Wendy's and Publix. We're #2300 beside "Pediatric Center".
John Rolfe Pkwy now connects the Short Pump shopping area to Lauderdale Dr 1 mile from Patterson Ave. From West Broad Street, it's across from "Target". From Patterson Ave or Lauderdale Dr, John Rolfe Pkwy is near "Tuckahoe Village Shopping Center"
From I-64 take exit 180a and drive south 1 mile to Ridgefield Pkwy. Turn right and drive 2.5 miles to John Rolfe Pkwy. Turn right on John Rolfe Pkwy then turn into John Rolfe Commons.
From Rt 288 exit on Patterson Ave (Rt 6) east toward Richmond and drive 2.5 miles to "Tuckahoe Village Shopping Center". Turn left on Lauderdale Dr and go 1 mile and turn right on John Rolfe Pkwy. Go 1 mile on John Rolfe Pkwy and after crossing Ridgefield Pkwy, turn left into "John Rolfe Commons".
